Tex Jernigan and Dominique Karwoski will create a large-scale heart for Valentine’s Day.  The heart will be constructed out of donated clothes in Bayou St. John beginning at 12:30 Sunday, February 12th.  For more details on Spread the Love, visit Tex’s website.
